Lantern is looking for a Sales Development Representative who has a growth mindset. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with our Marketing and Sales Executives. This position will be a major change agent at Lantern, having impact and influence with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The ideal candidate enjoys testing and learning to ultimately become an effective seller and leader. We are seeking creative and passionate individuals eager to develop their skill sets to be successful long term in their careers who believe in honesty and transparency.
Responsibilities include lead identification and qualification, contributing to outreach strategies, prospecting into Fortune 1000 companies, expanding knowledge of Lanternβs solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining records in HubSpot, and developing essential sales skills.
