Senior Application Consultant

This role will involve articulating the value of innovation capabilities and solutions throughout the customer journey, serving as a product and supply chain subject matter expert. The consultant will oversee the end-to-end deployment of a detailed production scheduling tool, including leading a team of consultants through business requirements discovery sessions, data configuration, and solution validation. You will gather and understand the customer’s manufacturing processes and constraints as they relate to detailed production scheduling through customer-facing discussions. Responsibilities include translating customer processes and constraints into technical requirements that support their business objectives, configuring innovative software solutions, incorporating new capabilities to address complex business problems, identifying product gaps, and supporting the development of solution deployment processes and training material. The role also involves guiding and cross-training colleagues to help scale innovations for other professional services teams.
