We're growing rapidly, and seeking a highly-motivated partner program analyst to be a key part of the team who will support Glia’s various partner programs and deals, create and maintain dashboards, and contribute to Partner-focused operational projects.

The Channel Services Consultant role will focus on bringing best practices from Instructure implementations to channel markets through Value Added Reseller (VAR) enablement and onboarding; services include project management, configuration, technical consulting, product training, and change management across multiple countries/cultures.

Optimize staffing levels and ensure operational efficiency across our organization. This involves forecasting workload demand, analyzing trends, and developing strategic workforce plans to meet business needs while maintaining service level objectives. You will tackle a variety of issues with the goal of improving service levels, proactively identifying risks in performance, and driving alignment across verticals.

The Business Analyst will collect detailed business requirements across multiple projects and work closely with the technical team business analysts to ensure all requirements are captured. Responsibilities include in-home telecom services, rate, and usage analysis, and AirWatch security admin for mobile devices. This role requires collaboration with program leads and leadership to identify process opportunities.
