Producer (Project Hire)

As a Producer, you will manage and deliver key aspects of a AAA action-adventure game, utilizing your project management and people skills to guide large teams towards adhering to a vision, within scope and schedule constraints while helping to retain work/life balance and company values. Responsibilities include updating and managing plans, schedules, and related task tracking databases across key features and departments. You will work collaboratively with production and development department leadership to drive decision making that achieves both project goals and company values. Monitoring team and project health, communicating risks, connecting departments, and eliminating roadblocks are essential. Translating requirements into project plans and assembling productivity data for reports are also key tasks. You will also drive team towards clarity.
