Analyst Product Analysis

The Personal Lines Property & Specialty Program Delivery Team is looking for an Analyst to be a key contributor to USRM profit and growth goals and help shape current and future pricing programs. You will be responsible for determining product scope, ensuring this scope is in compliance with state regulations, providing technical and analytical support of assigned states and projects with proactive and continuous communication to stakeholders. In this role, you will partner with the lead project manager and stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of new personal lines property and specialty pricing programs. Fully own and execute on assigned state-specific end-to-end program launches with the opportunity to work on additional Delivery initiatives. Independently manage project timelines, flag risks and develop contingency plans, and escalate blockers as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, a strong technical aptitude with experience in SAS and/or SQL, Excel and data visualization, and a keen eye for process improvement.
