Engineering Manager - Efficiency Area (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

This position is to lead a part of the Doctor Solutions group, which focuses on building tools for doctors to manage their practice and provide better care to their patients. As an Engineering Manager in this group, you’ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You’ll also actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole. You will lead a team of multi-disciplinary squads, understand customer's needs, and facilitate communication between the team and the product teams. The role includes developing project scopes and objectives, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching inside the team.
