- Execute and QA campaign setups for email, webinars, and events from templatized approaches.
Data & Technology Management:
- Manage data hygiene in Salesforce and Customer.io, overseeing lead capture and enrichment workflows.
- Administer and optimize the marketing tech stack, including automation tools like Tray.io and data platforms like Clay.
Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Support monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting and campaign analysis.
- Document and streamline processes for campaign operations, lead management, and attribution to drive efficiency.
Collaboration & Ownership:
- Partner with growth, sales, and revenue operations teams to align on campaign execution and pipeline quality.
- Own projects end-to-end with minimal oversight in a lite-agile environment, demonstrating strong project management.
