Claims Technician

The Claims Technician provides support to the workers’ compensation claims team in preparing correspondence, scheduling medical appointments, locating network providers, and assisting with calls related to medical bills. Responsibilities include preparing forms and letters, requesting medical records, scheduling translation and transportation services, locating providers within the medical provider network, completing referrals for independent medical evaluations via online portal, and assisting with data completion in claim system.
