Responsibilities:

  • Build, test, and refine Boolean search strings and keyword queries to surface violative content across verticals.
  • Review flagged content against platform policy definitions, applying nuanced judgment on edge cases.
  • Produce concise written analysis and reporting on trends, emerging threats, and query performance for internal teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Native English plus full professional proficiency in Latin American Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Experience in online content moderation or trust and safety policy development.
  • Experience investigating narcotics trafficking, human trafficking, or fraud networks.

What you will achieve:

  • Within 30 days: Fully onboarded, paired with a mentor, and equipped with tools and training.
  • Within 60 days: Developed a strong command of client intelligence and policy requirements.
  • By 90 days: Operating at full capacity across assigned verticals and contributing new collection sources.
