The role:

  • Own SoC architecture: fabric, memory, I/O, power, security.
  • Architect coherent interconnect, DDR5/DDR6, SMMU, and chiplet partitioning.
  • Drive specs, reviews, and silicon bring-up while mentoring teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 20+ years in SoC/system architecture through production.
  • Deep expertise in coherency, memory controllers, PCIe/CXL, and IO virtualization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and spec ownership.
