Deliver client training sessions and ensure smooth knowledge transfer. Act as the main technical contact and escalation point for client engagements. Guide consultants and share expertise across the delivery team. Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth. Collaborate with Atlassian and Marketplace partners to resolve complex challenges. Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Advise clients on how to maximize value from their Atlassian tools and Valiantys services. Identify new opportunities and collaborate with Sales on future engagements. Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with clients. Design and present tailored demonstrations, proof of concepts, or workshops. Contribute to statements of work (SoWs), RFPs, and technical proposals. Share knowledge through documentation, blog posts, and community events. Stay up-to-date on the Atlassian ecosystem and emerging technologies. Contribute to internal enablement, innovation, and R&D initiatives.
