Head of Infrastructure Operations

We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to join our Infrastructure stream as the Head of Infrastructure Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintenance of our company's data center infrastructure systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability and reliability of our global infrastructure to support our product operations teams. Responsibilities: Develop and execute an infrastructure operations strategy aligned with the company's goals. Collaborate with product operations, procurement and infrastructure design teams to identify infrastructure operations needs. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure operations team. Establish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for infrastructure operations. Develop and monitor SLAs and implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve operational efficiency. Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies to optimize infrastructure maintenance. Manage relationships with hardware vendors and service providers and develop and oversee the infrastructure operations budget. Lead, develop and inspire a team of infrastructure operations engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
