Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience

Responsibilities:

• Own tooling across the full developer lifecycle, including local environments, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities like LLMs and agentic workflows into development processes for automation and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools to drive adoption across the engineering organization.

Performance and Reliability:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute performance testing strategies for web and mobile products.
• Build scalable performance testing environments supporting functional and load scenarios and perform root-cause analysis on bottlenecks.
• Coordinate testing with internal teams and external resources to ensure complete test coverage for each release.

Team Collaboration:

• Communicate technical findings and performance insights clearly to engineering leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor peers in a distributed, cross-geography environment and champion best practices in testing and observability.
• Proactively engage with engineering teams to identify and eliminate workflow bottlenecks and friction points.
