About the role:
- You will drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- You will lead a group of talented developers, ensuring collaboration and innovation.
- You will have both hands-on coding and line management responsibilities.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of Frontend developers within the Marketing Tech and Social domain.
- Drive high-level architecture and design decisions for complex software systems.
- Maintain a heavily hands-on contribution level alongside line management responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on Frontend technologies.
- 2+ years in a formal leadership or line management role.
- Technical mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS preprocessors, Webpack, and Git.
