Process Excellence Specialist II

Role involves operating as a product and process expert. Responsibilities include informing and executing new strategies, monitoring the effectiveness of product work streams, and holding Operations and Product accountable to key KPIs. Collaboration and Leadership: This role requires working with product and engineering partners to enhance their knowledge of the current customer experiences and existing opportunities. As well as managing the development and implementation process of the company’s products and services. Process Improvement and Analysis: It also requires the ability to plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives. In addition to diagraming, evaluating and maintaining operational processes to create efficient business processes.
