Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer support through phone and email, assisting with product details, order tracking, returns, and account inquiries.
  • Deliver a polished and solution-oriented customer experience aligned with high-end retail standards, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions.

Work Structure:

  • This is an independent contractor role performed remotely, with services needed Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Turkey Time.
  • Contractors set their availability within operating hours, with work volume varying and no guaranteed hours.
  • The role may offer up to full-time hours depending on business demands and contractor availability.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must have native or near-native German fluency and strong professional English skills, both spoken and written.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or retail/e-commerce roles is preferred, with comfort in phone and written interactions.
  • Requires reliable high-speed internet, a private workspace for voice calls, and a laptop, with a background check as part of the qualification process.
