Responsibilities:\n- Empower the architect team through leadership, mentorship, and alignment of goals while promoting a unified vision and strong team identity.\n- Validate technical designs, use Architecture Decision Records for explicit decisions, and steward system-wide architecture with clear pillars and updated documentation.\n\nArchitecture and Cloud:\n- Lead Azure solution architecture by guiding design choices across the cloud spectrum and defining foundations like security and cost optimization.\n- Champion non-functional requirements, modern SDLC practices, and collaborate with distributed teams to align technical decisions with business priorities.\n\nOrganizational Enablement:\n- Serve as a trusted partner to product owners and developers, removing friction and simplifying complexity to support delivery.\n- Mentor team members on best practices, support skills governance, and help teams understand decision trade-offs for consistent ways of working.
