About the Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our Trust & Safety Operations team, focusing on fraud and disputes workflows.
- You will audit analyst decisions against internal policies and card network rules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- This role offers high visibility and impact, driving operational excellence and reducing fraud losses.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct quality reviews of fraud and chargeback handling to maintain consistency and alignment with regulations.
- Analyze trends in errors and edge cases, producing insights to highlight performance gaps.
- Support calibration sessions and contribute to the development of QA standards and playbooks.
About You:
- Must have 1+ years in a Quality Analyst role within fraud or chargebacks and 3+ years in fintech/payments operations.
- Strong understanding of fraud risk signals, transaction analysis, and chargeback reason codes is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with experience providing structured feedback and driving improvements.
