Job Description
At ActiveCampaign, we’re quickly becoming one of the leading WhatsApp-based CRM, Marketing and automation platforms. With our solution companies can effectively manage communication with their customers, be it as marketing campaigns, sales conversations or support requests. We’re looking for someone who understands WhatsApp and uses it daily, with a keen eye for UI/UX and design, as well as strategies to understand what our customers look for and craft better onboarding flows.
You’ll mostly be working on a Django-based backend with React+Tailwind frontend, and you’ll be working very closely with the product & sales team to understand what users all over the world want to achieve, implementing changes to the product to bring those goals closer and iterating fast on them.
