Job Description

The Fraud Strategy Senior Manager will lead and shape long-term fraud prevention and trust initiatives. The role involves defining and executing a unified fraud strategy, embedding proactive security measures into product development and business operations, as well as managing cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and implementing scalable processes. Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing a comprehensive fraud prevention roadmap.
  • Building a unified Trust & Safety posture across Retail, Business, and new product launches.
  • Innovation in fraud detection and prevention through automation, tooling, and emerging technologies.

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention or Financial Crime.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing fraud strategy
  • Strong technical and product fluency.
