The Space Management and Occupancy Planning role spearheads and supports space management and occupancy planning initiatives tailored to align with client-specific business goals and cultural values. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of space management and occupancy planning, including coordinating meetings, conducting reviews, compiling summaries and reports, tracking KPIs, creating occupancy plans, providing support to clients, and ensuring accurate database management. Also, involved in tactical planning, relationship management, and executing upon innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
Assist clients, account leaders, and space and occupancy managers to ensure workflows and project work are successful. Manage and maintain a repository of space-related data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reference. Responsible for accuracy of IWMS information, including functional business group assignment, general office space allocation, accurate occupancy, working space information, conference room ownership, etc.
Prepare strategic plans with block, test fit plans, sizing models, and AutoCAD drawings. Report on key metrics with detailed reporting, including dashboards covering key metrics and detailing space utilization, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing space allocation. Meet with business partners to retrieve and collect their business strategies and demand forecast information, this includes collecting headcount forecasts and resolving headcount discrepancies.
