Project Manager II

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and monitoring to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget, utilizing agile principles.
• Manage multiple projects/scrum teams simultaneously, ensuring effective adherence to Agile practices.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and collaborate with Product Management to drive sprint planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a 4-year degree in Business Management or Computer Science, and PMP and Agile certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of Agile, Scrum, project management experience with a software development team.
• Knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI, automation, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence.
