Cribl is seeking an experienced Director of Customer Advocacy to spearhead the development and implementation of our customer advocacy strategy. Key responsibilities include building, scaling, and operationalizing CAB and TAC programs, focusing on engagement with high-value accounts to align with expansion and retention goals. The Director will oversee the rollout of a scalable reference management tool and ensure continuous improvement of reference coverage across various products, use cases, geographies, and industries. Additionally, the role involves championing the MVP program, leading the CriblCon CFP process, and managing customer and community recognition initiatives. The Director will manage one direct report, providing coaching and growth opportunities, while fostering a customer-centric culture within the team.
