Job Description
Babylist is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Fulfillment and Operations team with deep experience with HighJump/Koerber/Infios Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), to help us modernize and internalize our warehouse technology stack. This role is crucial as we seek to optimize our fulfillment operations. You’ll be the first to build and grow this area of our team, so we’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, can work independently, and is excited to shape the future of our logistics technology.
You will serve as the internal subject matter expert for our HighJump/Koerber WMS, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver and optimize key fulfillment center functionality. You will also provide thought leadership around process, tooling, systems, and software architecture, and mentor other team members through design and architecture planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions. You will be improving and helping maintain existing systems.
