Key Responsibilities:

Oversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization
Manage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance
Take full ownership of the Service Desk function and drive resource management

What is Required to Succeed:

5+ years of experience in delivery, program, project, or product operations within technology or FinTech
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology products
Strong business mindset and practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies
