Principal Delivery Manager

About the role:

• You lead delivery across a portfolio of engagements on strategic accounts, owning outcomes, margin, and client confidence.
• You shape how we win, mobilise and grow work, setting commercial and AI-native delivery guardrails.
• You build the next generation of delivery leaders and champion a culture of craft, quality, and impact.

What you'll be doing:

• Take accountability for measurable outcomes and manage high-stakes rescues, scope re-baselining, and programme risk.
• Own large project P&L and account-level margin health, working closely with Client Partners to define strategy.
• Drive AI-native delivery excellence across the SDLC, influencing stakeholders to adopt better approaches.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a digital transformation consultancy, delivering complex projects for external clients.
• Comfort operating at COO/CTO/CIO level, with strong commercial ownership and stakeholder management.
• A track record of leading AI-enabled delivery and developing delivery leaders into bigger roles.
