Role Overview:
- Lead GFT's enterprise Digital Delivery Hub and drive the next evolution of digital project delivery.
- Transform digital strategy into scalable capabilities, standards, and operating practices.
- Partner across businesses to prioritize high-value investments and accelerate adoption.
What You'll Do:
- Establish strategy, priorities, resources, and performance expectations aligned with the CTO's vision.
- Oversee reusable enterprise capabilities, including digital standards, platform engineering, and CDE architecture.
- Champion responsible AI, automation, and data to improve productivity and client outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in digital delivery, transformation, technology strategy, or platform management.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide transformation and governance models.
- Strong understanding of modern technology, data, automation, AI, and cybersecurity.
