Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, shaping enterprise transformation agendas that span digital strategy, AI enablement, and organizational change.
- Lead and contribute to $6M–$8M in annual pre-sales activity, defining solution strategy for complex change-led pursuits.
- Develop governance frameworks for responsible AI rollout, including change controls and phased adoption plans.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation consulting.
- Deep expertise within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including payer, provider, and/or life sciences organizations.
- Proven success in business development and strategic pursuits.
