Lead C-level interactions and consulting initiatives for shifting from traditional AMS to agentic, AI-orchestrated models.
Run executive workshops and AI readiness assessments to map client paths to autonomous operations.

Operational Excellence & Leadership:

Shape and close deals that transform traditional AMS into AI-driven, outcome-based operations.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams and provide subject matter expertise for challenges.
Foster a culture of development and innovation, challenging teams to adopt new agentic tooling and methodologies.

Strategic Contribution:

Utilize deep industry expertise in agentic AI and AIOps to shape Kyndryl's strategic application management initiatives.
Drive external eminence through thought leadership, speaking at events, and establishing a strong brand in the agentic AI space.
Develop intellectual capital like reusable collateral and ROI models for agentic application management.
