Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Develop and maintain C-level executive relationships across 1-2 accounts to drive product adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Manage a team of Success Architects, guiding them to deliver high customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and profitability.
  • Establish and deliver operating models and account delivery governance to accelerate time to value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years in a management consulting leadership role at a high-performing firm, focusing on technology-enabled transformations.
  • Proven track record of success at Fortune 50-500 accounts with strong executive relationships with CIO, CFO, and CHRO leaders.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for work processes and deep expertise in digital transformation design, implementation, and management.
