What You’ll Do:
- Diligently review credit, income, and assets documentation.
- Review property appraisal reports accurately presented.
- Follow AUS findings as well as manually underwrite loans.
What You Have:
- Thorough knowledge of loan origination systems.
- Extensive knowledge of FHA, VA, and investor guidelines.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Your Education and Experience:
- Previous underwriting experience required.
- DE & SAR certification required.
- Familiarity with builder loans is preferred.
