Senior Program Manager — Partner Experience, Data & Billing

The Senior Program Manager plays a critical leadership role within the Innovation & Delivery Enablement organization, overseeing a collection of related Product and Engineering projects, serving as the connective tissue between strategy and execution. This leader is deeply immersed in their programs and serves as the driver of end-to-end delivery, from initiation through launch and into closeout. The focus of this Senior Program Manager will be owning and driving high-impact programs focused on Partner Experience and Data & Billing initiatives. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence, influencing at the portfolio level to ensure tangible business impact.
