Responsibilities:

  • Support the maintenance and execution of the Hotline's Continuous Quality Improvement Plan in alignment with federal requirements.
  • Track CQI cycle activities, monitor program performance, and coordinate team assignments related to quality improvement.
  • Maintain detailed quality records, support corrective action plans, and assist in weekly reviews of incident reports.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Contribute quality-related content to monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the federally funded hotline.
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready compliance documentation for contract audits and stakeholder reviews.
  • Conduct and disseminate weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality snapshots to the Hotline team.

Collaboration & Culture:

  • Participate in required Hotline meetings and communicate directly with Functional Team Leads on quality matters.
  • Assist in developing training materials to build staff expertise in quality improvement methodologies.
  • Model quality-focused practices to help build a culture of continuous improvement across the remote team.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in quality improvement, program coordination, or a related role.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in health services, social services, or federally-funded programs is strongly preferred.
