About the Role:
- Own loyalty strategy across Grüns and our family of brands with a holistic, centralized approach
- Design and launch a loyalty program that improves repeat rate, cross-sell, and LTV without cannibalizing email or SMS
- Define how loyalty and subscription work together as a unified customer value proposition
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5-8+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, CRM, or loyalty roles
- Has launched or owned a loyalty program in DTC, CPG, or subscription businesses
- Is comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, CX, Brand, and Ecomm
Compensation & Benefits:
- For this role, the base salary range is between $130,000-$150,000 depending on experience.
