Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Strategy Ownership: Design and execute a holistic, data-backed lifecycle marketing strategy for customer acquisition, conversion, nurturing, and win-back across all products and geos.
- Omnichannel Execution: Lead the strategy and execution of sophisticated omnichannel campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS, referral, etc.) mapped precisely to the customer journey stages.
- Nurture & Retention: Define and own content-driven nurture and re-engagement strategies focused on driving activation, retention, and maximum Partner success.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior lifecycle or growth leadership role within a large-scale SaaS or subscription-based business.
- Impactful Track Record: Demonstrated history of successfully building and scaling lifecycle programs that delivered significant, quantifiable growth in customer acquisition and retention.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise across omnichannel platforms (email, in-app, push, SMS), with a strong preference for experience integrating AI/ML tools and paid media.
