New Procurement Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• As the Manager, Operations Procurement, you will own the company's procurement program for non-retail goods and services, managing vendor relationships and procurement systems.
• You will serve as the business owner for Order.co, Sage Intacct, and Concur, ensuring purchasing accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for all non-retail goods and services, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to optimize cost and quality.
• Partner with departments across the organization on procurement requests, sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals, identifying supply risks and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare spend analysis and procurement reporting, monitoring purchasing activity and tracking corporate spend by category and department.
