Paralegal, Hopper Technology Solutions

This Paralegal will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered operational solutions to address a variety of legal and compliance needs within the HTS business globally, with a focus on automating processes where possible through AI. The primary areas of focus will be assistance with regulatory affairs and compliance, and contract administration and drafting. This paralegal position will report to Hopper’s Deputy General Counsel for HTS. The right applicant will be a self-starter, quick learner, strategic and collaborative thinker, and creative builder, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology, particularly AI, to solve complex legal and operational challenges. Applicants should have demonstrated excellence in working with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As a trusted advisor to Hopper’s senior leadership, you must demonstrate the highest ethical and moral standards. Being a member of a small legal team will require you to interact frequently and work collaboratively and creatively with Hopper business unit leaders and outside counsel globally to explain and navigate complex and often undefined legal requirements.
