Job Description
Bring organization, support and personality to the HR team as the Human Resources Program Analyst! You will require the energy and desire to manage the rollout of multiple HR programs – including performance review process, employee survey and succession planning. You will also provide a full range of HR program support for a variety of HR operational activities for multiple global teams’ HR Business Partners. You will manage talent-related projects, end-to-end, by project planning and milestone tracking. You will support and cultivate the HR Business Partner community by applying tools across HRBP client groups, always identifying more efficient ways of working. You will report to the HR Program Manager. Assist HRBPs in the planning of HR initiatives, ensuring smooth project management and delivery.
