VP of Engineering

The Vice President of Engineering will spearhead the overall look and feel of features and services. As a strategic, security-minded, and execution-focused leader, you will join the leadership team, playing a critical role in scaling the technology organization while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, define the development roadmap, and embed best practices in software delivery and organizational structure. Key responsibilities include leading efforts to maintain and expand ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, owning IT security practices, defining engineering processes, driving performance management, integrating AI tools, and leading architectural discussions. The role also involves collaborating with executive leadership, managing engineering budgets, and ensuring efficient provisioning of access to tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, proven experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance, strong knowledge of modern software development practices and cloud infrastructure, and excellent communication skills.
