Key Responsibilities:
- Own month-end financial processes, including accruals and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain project and portfolio-level budgets and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.
Project Governance & Framework:
- Ensure the project delivery framework is implemented and governance standards are followed.
- Monitor adherence to stage-gate processes and reporting requirements.
- Drive accountability across projects to maintain compliance.
Strategic Planning & Alignment:
- Partner with PMO leadership to align financial planning with organisational strategy.
- Contribute to portfolio prioritisation and resource allocation decisions.
- Ensure projects deliver the agreed scope and investigate reasons for deviations.
