Associate - Loan Syndications

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the structuring and execution of syndicated loan transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, and acquisition financings.
• Prepare information memoranda, lender presentations, and marketing materials for syndication.
• Manage due diligence activities, transaction timelines, and documentation with legal counsel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of commercial banking, corporate banking, or credit analysis experience required; 2+ years in loan syndications preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syndtrak.
