Oversee the tenured institutional lending team with a hands-on, development-focused approach.

Ensure disciplined execution of underwriting, compliance, and due diligence standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the institutional loan purchase process, including team training and review of approval criteria.
Manage the institutional loan sale process, including partner responses, due diligence, and contract review.
Manage the loan partner process to ensure timely documents and strong relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
8+ years of lending experience (Indirect, Institutional).
3+ years of people leader experience.
