New RPA Support Engineer - UiPath

Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt ticket follow-up and resolution for L2 issues, maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Analyze and optimize automated business processes to prevent problems.
• Collaborate with teams to extend, improve, and customize automation solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of automation experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in programming IT solutions with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, PowerShell, or Python.
• Proficiency with UiPath and RPA; additional OCR/IDP knowledge is a plus.
