Director of Paid Social

Responsibilities:

• Own strategy, execution, and performance across Paid Social and adjacent channels including Meta, TikTok, native, and AppLovin.
• Develop channel strategies aligned with growth objectives, manage budgets, and optimize bidding and audience targeting.
• Lead creative testing, leverage first-party data, and establish scalable processes for continued growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Paid Social experience, including hands-on Meta expertise.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams and managing agency partners.
• Proven success scaling seven-figure monthly budgets and driving conversion-focused programs with CPA and ROAS accountability.
