Job Description
You'll own one of three high-impact modules in our AI-native commercial insurance platform: Intake, Sales, or Service & Retention. Transform how customer information is collected and routed to underwriters, build product-led experiences, and drive submission quality. Design tools and workflows that amplify rep productivity, compress sales cycles, and improve conversion. Build customer service and renewal experiences that maximize retention and expansion.
You will embed with agents, operators, and end users to understand workflows and translate operational pain into product requirements. You will partner with engineers to deliver features, ship weekly, iterate based on metrics, and manage dependencies across teams. You will instrument everything to measure conversion rates, cycle times, adoption, and CSAT.
Success in this role means demonstrably improving key metrics, embedding AI agents in production workflows, and replacing manual processes with product-led experiences.
