Client Service Delivery:

  • Serve as the primary contact for employees, managers, and benefits vendors on all leave matters, overseeing the full leave lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with Benefits and Payroll on benefit continuation and pay impact during leave, maintaining accurate records.

Subject Matter Expertise and Escalation Support:

  • Act as the go-to resource for other LOA Specialists on complex or escalated cases, partnering with internal HR Consultants.
  • Provide expert guidance and education to clients and team members on leave policies, monitoring regulatory changes.

Process and Continuous Improvement:

  • Help maintain and improve LOA workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, partnering with leadership to implement them.
