Corporate Events Planner

Design and deliver impactful internal experiences that inspire connection, align with our mission, and celebrate our culture. From executive offsites and company-wide gatherings to department-level events, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and operational excellence to every touchpoint. Reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO, this role will lead the planning and execution of high-impact internal events while also supporting and empowering teams across the organization with scalable tools and best practices. This is a cross-functional, fast-paced, and highly visible position requiring strong project management, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of how experiences shape culture.
