Ecommerce Operations Specialist

This role involves site management and merchandising, including daily site updates, new product setup, and sales promotions. The specialist will execute merchandising refreshes and content updates while partnering with Marketing and Creative teams. Platform and operational tasks consist of executing updates within Shopify and related tools, tracking site changes, and communicating with development partners. Analytics and optimization support includes tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement by analyzing data. Cross-functional collaboration with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams is essential to align on campaigns and content updates. The company wants someone who has 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations and a strong understanding of site functionality.
