Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Reporting to the COO, busting problems in daily operations and special projects
- Expansion: Executing on Deel's global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets
- Project Management: End-to-end project management of top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving rapid cross-functional implementation
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in product, operations, revenue ops, consulting
- Startup: 2 - 4 years of previous experience in a fast-growth startup
- Analytical: Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
