Responsibilities:
- Conduct validation studies on Chemistry and Immunoassay instrumentation, including setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for assay, quality-control, and instrument-related questions.
- Deliver training to customer key operators and laboratory personnel on instrument use and procedures.
Requirements:
- Associate degree with at least 3 years of experience in laboratory, diagnostic instrumentation, or related field.
- Strong understanding of diagnostics and healthcare industry, including regulatory frameworks like CAP, CLIA.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills with ability to work independently and travel extensively.
